  2. I think we should have metal detectors because we don't know who can be the killer. It can be anybody. People can have guns for playing, but some ppl bring them to kill. In Los Angeles students bring guns to kill people. My friend got shot while go to a class. He was just walking to class and them BOOM he got shot. In Los Angeles ppl get shot any where. In the high schools, they jump you andd them trash can you, then they kill you. Then they throw your body and they will never find it again. I will feel safer because there will not be moreviolence in schools.

  4. I think we should have metal detectors for our schools protection and safety. The reason why we should have them is for the students and staffs protection once again. It stops from other people with bad intentions to bring weopon like knifes guns and other things that are a threat to lincoln high school

  5. Wow! Thats crazy bring a gun to school? I never went to school and someone had a gun. I would be scared of them and tell the teacher. I think it's an invasion of privacy to me because it's only some school that are that bad and someone thinks bring a gun to school is cool? I don't think we should have metal detectors because thats just to much.

  9. Social problems figure prominently in how successful a student will be. Your simplistic argument sounds great in theory, but in practice, removing students who are unruly or uninterrested is just one more way for the adults in these students' lives to fail them. Some students have problems that a fed-up, middle aged.
